From stand up paddle boarding at sunrise, to cruising up the River Wear and taking a look into our industrial past on our powerboat or even an introduction to climbing on the custom built walls here at the centre, at Adventure Sunderland we have something for you.
Why not give Stand-Up Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Canoeing, Surfing or Body Boarding a go? Or if group based paddling on our Giant Star Ship Paddleboard or in one of our Bell boats is more your scene we can tailor it to you. We cater for all ages 7+ and abilities to offer an unforgettable adventure to individuals, families and groups, with highly qualified instructors and purpose built facilities, what's to stop you from adventuring with us!

At Adventure Sunderland, we are a charitable trust, uniquely operating and partnered alongside Sunderland Marina. Based on Roker seafront we are ideally placed to offer a wide range of water sports and land based activities.
Established in 1996, we have developed into much more than a beach based water sports centre and are now a fully operational outdoor education and activity centre that provides services for all.
