Kit List
Depending on the activity you are taking part in at Adventure Sunderland, you may require different kit. See below a list of what you will need.
At Adventure Sunderland we provide all safety equipment which for water based activities includes 5/4mm wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets. You can bring your own wetsuit along but we do advise you wear one of our own.

We do also have a collection of wetsuit boots, socks and gloves however size availability can vary.

It is also recommended that before attending one of our activities you remove any piercings and jewellery where possible.

Weather and conditions can vary dramatically so it is better to come prepared (please bring weather appropriate kit for the day e.g. sun cream or warm layers).

For full day activities you may require a packed lunch, this is for activities such as our Adventure Days.
